The Dallas Retirement Village is a ground-up independent living community coming in at 3 stories and 29 units. Constructed with slab-on-grade concrete and wood framing, this project also includes a swimming pool, locker rooms, fitness areas, and a stand-alone garage/storage building. Through Deacon’s efforts in preconstruction and cost management, the owner was able to upgrade appliances and lighting packages without having to pass the cost along to residents. A Type-3 land use process was completed and approved.
